About Davene, Inc.

History

Davene Inc. began as a partnership of Gene Dierkes and his two sons, David and Dan. The company started out developing recognition awards programs and has since expanded the scope to include promotional products and concepts as well. We specialize in effective ways for a company to GET RECOGNITION and GIVE RECOGNITION.

The name Dierkes has its roots in German heritage meaning "The Keeper of the Keys!" Thus we use the three key symbol of our logo representing the founding family as well as the individuals responsible for its inception and growth. The three keys also represent our commitment to the three elements of developing successful programs - Ingenuity, Quality and Service. Using craftsmanship and flexibility in meeting any recognition and promotional need gives us the title - THE AWARD CENTER.

To complete the symbolism, we have developed the logo with the overall shape of a key. From its inception to the present, DAVENE, INC. is your KEY to meeting recognition award needs.

Motivation and Recognition Philosophy
